Crake.org is hosted by 6 Parish Councils* to increase local communication and support community initiatives, events and enterprise.

You can find out what's on, contribute to discussion, or respond to a consultation.

You can create your own web pages about local events, community initiatives, businesses or services.

It's free to register / log in. Then new menu items appear, like how to register as a contributor, and how to create a page or contribute to a forum.

Joining the announcements email list means you hear about local events. If you were on the Water Yeat list, then you’re already on. (It doesn't require registration.)

*The 6 Parish Councils are: Blawith & Subberthwaite; Lowick; Egton with Newland, Colton, Torver & Coniston. (The last 3 currently have separate sites.)
